5:15 pm – Yoga for Runners
Join local fort lauderdale runners for a Wednesday night yoga class! 1 hour of slow vinyasa yoga, including deep stretches targeted specifically for areas of the body that are most susceptible to injury or overuse in running. Yoga strengthens and increases the flexibility in your legs, core, and back, and also increases blood flow to the muscles and joints, which promotes healing on rest days. A perfect combination of cross-training and relaxation – this class will help keep runners injury-free, recover from long runs, and run faster! All levels of runners, athletes, and yogis are welcome.

8 pm – Deep Stretch Yoga:
Moving at a slower pace, you will focus on stretching and lengthening the entire body, releasing any stress or tension through deep stretches. The class begins with a few vinyasas to warm up the body. The remainder of the class will consist of holding stretches for 2-3 minutes, allowing the body to fully open up and relax at the end of the day. This class is perfect athletes, anyone new to yoga, and everyone in between. No flexibility or experience required.

Yoga on the Beach: Gentle Yoga flow on the beach. A slow-paced sequence, with a mix of meditation, ashtanga, and vinyasa yoga. Perfect for beginners!

Enter resort and exit through back – pass by the Tiki Bar and take a left, walking until you hit the beach. Yoga on the Beach is to your left on the back terrace.

  • Please bring sunscreen & water!!
